To request a sachet packaging machine quote, message us on WhatsApp with your product, the fill amount per sachet, your sachet format if you have chosen one, your target output and your destination country. We read those details, recommend a configuration, and send a written quotation. Leave out whatever you do not know yet.
How a quote works on WhatsApp
- Tap the WhatsApp button. It opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message that names the page you were on. Nothing is sent until you press send, and you can edit the text first.
- Fill in the template. It has empty lines for product, fill amount per sachet, sachet format and size, target output and destination country. Write "not decided" where you are unsure.
- Add photos or a short video. A picture of the product, the sachet you want to match or the film beats a long description.
- We reply with questions or a suggested configuration. Product behaviour, fill amount, sachet and output decide the dosing system and layout together, so we look at them together. If something is missing, we ask.
- You receive a written quotation covering scope, options, delivery terms, payment terms and validity.
If the product is hard to dose or seal, we may suggest a product and film trial before the quotation is final, so the configuration rests on a test and not an assumption.
What the WhatsApp message looks like
This is the text that appears in WhatsApp when you tap the button:
Hello LINEVO, I would like a quote for a sachet packaging machine.
Page: Request a Sachet Packaging Machine Quote (https://sachetpackagingmachine.com/request-quote)
Product:
Fill amount per sachet:
Sachet format / size:
Target output:
Destination country:
The Page line is filled in automatically with the page you came from, so it changes if you tap the button on a machine, guide or application page instead. Everything in the message is editable before you send it. Fill in the five empty lines, or delete the ones you cannot answer yet.
What to include in your message
| Item | Example | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Powder, liquid, paste or granule, plus the product name | Decides the dosing method and contact parts |
| Fill amount per sachet | Grams or millilitres | Sets dose size and how tight the dosing accuracy has to be |
| Sachet format and size | Three-side or four-side seal, approximate width and length, or "not decided" | Determines tooling, film width and possible lane count |
| Target output | Sachets per hour or shift, or a rough range | Points toward single or multi-lane |
| Destination country | The country where the machine will be installed | Affects delivery terms and local requirements |
| Film | Material and structure, or "not chosen yet" | Affects sealing and how the sachet behaves |
| Sachet sample photo | A photo of a sachet you like or currently use | Shows format, seal style and tear notch at a glance |
| Utilities, if known | Voltage, frequency and compressed air availability | Lets us match the electrical and air requirements |
Product and fill amount matter most. A free-flowing granule and a sticky powder at the same fill amount need different solutions, so describe how your product behaves as well as what it is. Our price and cost factors page shows how these inputs move the quotation.

If you are not sure about the format or size
That is common, and "not decided" is a fine answer. Tell us the fill amount, how the sachet will be used, and whether you already have a sachet you like. We can suggest a format and size range from there.
- To compare formats, the guide on choosing a format and machine explains how product, dose and use shape the choice.
- If output is your main goal, read how multi-lane machines relate lanes to output before you set a target.
- If you cannot place your product in a group, the application pages show how similar products are packed.
Sending photos, videos, film specifications and samples
WhatsApp suits photos and short videos, which are often the fastest way to show a sticky, dusty or foaming product, or a fault on a current machine. Useful things to send:
- a photo or short video of the product flowing, clumping, dusting or foaming;
- the film specification, or a photo of the film label and roll;
- a photo of the sachet you want to match;
- a drawing with the sachet dimensions, if you have one.
Do not ship physical samples until we confirm the quantity and the address. If a sample will be needed, tell us about any handling or safety concerns so it can be handled properly.
What you receive
You get a configuration recommendation and a written quotation stating scope, options, delivery terms, payment terms and how long it stays valid. We do not promise a response time, because it depends on how complete your information is and whether a trial is needed. We would rather send a correct recommendation than a fast, vague one.
Prefer email or have confidential details
If you prefer email, the address is in the panel above. Do not put confidential recipes or formulas in the first message. Describe how the product behaves instead, and if we need something sensitive later, we will tell you how to share it.
How we use your information
We use what you send to review your project, reply and prepare the quotation. WhatsApp is a Meta service, so its own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through it. Our privacy policy explains what we receive, how we use it and how to ask us questions about it.
Questions about requesting a quote
Do I need to know the exact sachet size before I ask for a quote?
No. Write "not decided" for format and size. Give us the fill amount and the product, and we will discuss sachet options with you.
Can I get a quotation without sending a sample?
Yes, from a product description and photos. For a difficult product we may recommend a trial first, because the dosing method depends on how the product behaves.
What is the difference between a quote and a trial?
A quotation describes a recommended configuration and its commercial terms. A trial runs your real product and film to see how they behave. They often go together, and the quotation can draw on the trial record.
Who should I contact for after-sales or general questions?
Use our contact page. Use WhatsApp for a technical quotation.
