For a machine recommendation or a quotation, message us on WhatsApp. For a product or film trial, use the sample testing page. For anything else, including support for a machine you already run, write on WhatsApp or use the email address shown on this page.
Choose the right route

Illustration: most enquiries fit one of three routes.
| You want to | Best route |
|---|---|
| Get a machine recommendation or a quotation | WhatsApp, using the button on this page |
| Test your product and film | Sample testing |
| Ask a general question or discuss a project | WhatsApp or the email address on this page |
| Get help with existing equipment | WhatsApp or the email address on this page, with the details below |
If you cannot tell which applies, write and describe your situation. We will point you to the right route.
Machine recommendation or quotation
The WhatsApp message opens with a prefilled template that lists what we need to propose a configuration. You do not need every answer. Send what you know and say what is undecided, such as sachet size or film. Our notes on how to choose a sachet machine explain each question, and the price page covers what moves the cost, so you can read both before you write.
Product or film trial
If your product is sticky, dusty, viscous or oily, a trial with your own product and film will tell you more than any specification sheet. The sample testing page explains what to send and what we look at.
Support for existing equipment
If you already run a sachet machine and need help, send as much of this as you can:
- Photos of the whole machine and of the area where the problem appears.
- A photo of the nameplate, so we can identify the machine.
- A description of the fault: what happens, when it started, and what changed.
- A short video of the fault, if you can get one.
- The product and film in use.
Whether we can support a particular machine is decided case by case, and the scope of any help (advice, parts identification or a visit) is agreed before work starts. Tell us if the machine is stopped right now, because that changes which questions we ask first. We do not assume we can supply parts or service for every make, and we will say plainly what is possible.
Details that speed up our reply
The more precisely you describe the project, the sooner you get a useful answer. These matter most:
- Product: powder, liquid, paste or granule, and anything unusual such as stickiness, oil content, particle size or foaming.
- Fill amount: the quantity per sachet, by weight or volume.
- Sachet size and format: 3-side or 4-side seal, and approximate width and length.
- Target output: sachets per minute or per hour, and the working hours.
- Film: the material you plan to use, if you know it.
- Destination: the country the machine ships to, because electrical supply and documentation depend on it.
For product-specific questions, the sachet applications pages are a good place to start.
What happens after you send
- We read your message and check whether it has enough to form a view.
- We reply with questions, or with a direction. If the project is clear, we say whether a trial or a quotation comes next.
- For a quotation request, we propose a configuration and explain why.
- The quotation states the configuration, scope and commercial terms in writing.
A person on the team replies, not an automated sequence, so a clear first message saves a round of questions. We do not promise a reply time or a delivery time here. Both depend on the project and are stated when we respond.
How we handle your information
We use what you send to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation or trial. Please do not send confidential material we do not need. The privacy policy describes what we collect and how we use it. For more on who we are, see the about page.
Questions before you contact us
Do I need to know my target output before I write?
No. A rough idea is enough, and you can say it is undecided. We will help you work out a sensible range from the product, fill amount and sachet size.
Can I contact you about a stick pack machine?
A sister specialist site covers stick packs. This site is about flat sachets. If you are not sure which format fits, tell us about the product and we will give you an honest view.
Can you help with a machine I bought elsewhere?
Possibly. Send the nameplate photo, a description of the issue and a video if you have one. We decide case by case.
Will you send me a price straight away?
Not usually. Price depends on the configuration, so we give it in the written quotation once we understand the project.
Is my product information kept confidential?
We handle it as the privacy policy describes. If your project is sensitive, say so in your first message and we will tell you how we can proceed.
Not sure which configuration fits your product?
Send your product and pack details, or ask for a trial on your own material before you decide.
