We are the LINEVO sachet packaging team. We help buyers specify, test and quote flat sachet packaging machines for powders, liquids and granules. Below: what we focus on, how a project runs from first message to quotation, how we work, and what we leave alone.

What we focus on

We work on flat sachet projects, mostly 3-side and 4-side seal sachets formed from roll film. The product groups are powders, liquids and pastes, and granules. Our powder sachet machine and liquid sachet machine pages show how each group is handled.

The range is narrow on purpose. A buyer choosing a sachet machine needs someone who asks about film, sealing and dosing before talking price, and a narrow range makes those questions routine.

How we work

Every project follows the same four steps, though how deep each one goes depends on the product.

  1. We read your product description, fill amount, sachet format and size, target output and destination.
  2. We look at how your product behaves (flow, stickiness, dust, viscosity) and whether your film suits the seal and the sachet.
  3. Where a trial makes sense, we run your real product and film through a product and film trial, then recommend a dosing method, lane count and options.
  4. The quotation states the configuration, scope and commercial terms in writing.

If you want to see what to prepare, the sachet machine buying guide lists the questions we will ask.

Why the order matters

Dosing, film and sealing affect each other. A film that seals well on a dry sugar sachet can fail on an oily sauce, because residue sits in the seal area. A dosing method picked on price can struggle with a powder that clumps. Looking at the product and the film before the configuration means these problems turn up early, when changing the plan costs nothing, and not after a machine is built.

It also keeps both sides honest. We ask what you know and what you are assuming, and you can see which parts of a recommendation a trial has backed up and which are still open when the quotation arrives.

How we handle specifications

We do not quote a generic brochure number. What you are quoted is what the quotation says, per project and in writing. Powder that flows well in one recipe can behave differently in another, and film from different suppliers seals differently, so trials use your real product and film.

We also do not oversell speed or filling accuracy. Both depend on the product, fill amount, film and sachet size. Food-contact materials, cleaning and guarding are the same kind of question: they are settled machine by machine, and we make no blanket compliance statements.

Who we help

Our customers are food, personal care and nutraceutical brands, and co-packers that fill sachets for others. Typical products are sauces, coffee and drink mixes, sugar, and shampoo or lotion samples. The applications overview shows how these differ in practice.

We recommend a configuration, state its scope in writing, and say so when a project needs something we do not offer. Many buyers arrive with a sachet size, a target output and a product, and no view yet on dosing or lane count. That is a normal starting point. If your product is free flowing, the granule sachet packing machine page is a good place to read about dosing.

What we do not do

We do not cover premade stand-up pouches. Our machines form the sachet from roll film. Stick packs, the narrow, long sachets, belong to a sister specialist site, so go there for a stick pack project. If you are unsure which format fits, we usually settle it while reviewing your requirements.

What you can expect from us in a project

  • Questions about your product before any recommendation.
  • A clear statement of which points were tested and which are only planned.
  • A quotation that names the configuration, the scope and what is not included.
  • A plain answer, with a pointer elsewhere, when something is outside our range.

LINEVO and Dession

LINEVO and Dession are operated by different teams within the same company and share the packaging machinery catalog. This site uses authorized Dession product information, photographs and original model references, so original Dession markings may appear in photos. The equipment scope, contracting entity and project responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation. You can browse the full LINEVO equipment catalog on the LINEVO site.
